Instructions

Step 1: Start by cooking the corn. If using fresh corn, grill the corn on high heat for about 10 minutes until charred. Allow it to cool slightly, then cut the kernels off the cob. If you're using canned corn, simply drain and rinse it well.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, chopped red onion, and jalapeño (if using). Gently mix the ingredients together to ensure even distribution.
