While the sheet pan is in the oven, warm up your tortillas according to package instructions. 6. Once the shrimp and vegetables are done cooking, remove from the oven and serve the mixture on warm tortillas. 7. Serve with your favorite toppings such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, shredded cheese, and fresh chopped cilantro.
