How to Make Mexican Seafood with Homemade Tortillas

After the seafood has marinated and the tortillas are ready, it’s time to cook. In the same skillet you used for the tortillas, add a bit more olive oil if needed and heat over medium heat. Add the shrimp and fish, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them, as seafood can become rubbery.
