Instructions:

Step 1: In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Step 2: Stir in the diced onions, bell pepper, jalapeños, and minced garlic. Cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Step 3: Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes (with juices), chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Step 4: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer uncovered for 30-40 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and deepen the flavor.

Step 5: Taste the chili and adjust the seasoning if necessary. For added heat, feel free to add more jalapeño or chili powder.
